- Following a weekly schedule and work orders
- Performing preventative maintenance and scheduled maintenance to reduce downtime
- Breakdown maintenance as required on a variety equipment
- Installation of new equipment - new automation equipment coming within the next year
- Dismantling, repairing of equipment, rebuilding of parts
- Operate equipment used in the repair, installation or fabrication of equipment including but not limited to lathes, welders and hand tools
- Comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and SQF (Safe Quality Food Program) requirements
- Very hands on - lifting, bending, reaching

- There are 13 packaging machines with 6 people per machine so it can get a bit crowded and busy
- Using radios to communicate
- Working in facility that processes raw meat - must be aware of this and okay with it
- Production line runs 630am-1130pm
- 120,000 sq ft facility
- Working around cooked and raw meat products
- Day Shift: Tuesday - Friday 5:30am - 4pm (4x10s)
- Afternoon Shift: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 12:30am (4x10s)
- Day Shift Base - $39/hr
- Afternoon Shift Base - $40.75/hr for each additional ticket
- +$1.75/hr for each additional ticket (3rd or 4th class power engineer, electrician, plumbing, welding)
- +$1.75/hr Quarterly retention bonus for every hour worked paid out every 3 months
