Description
SE Health is currently seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Lead for our Information Services - HR Information Services Division.


This role will facilitate organizational effectiveness and service delivery by leading the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of operational HRIS systems.

The incumbent will also collaborate and lead cross-functional/ technical teams across the organization to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Activity A:
Application Design, Development & Support
(60% of time)

2) Participate in client meetings and design sessions to identify & finalize enhancement scope.

3) Evaluate solutions and provide design recommendations to both functional and technical teams.

5) Ensure architecture and design principles and best practices are adhered to during the design and development of solutions.

6) Collaborate with and provide oversight to peers including formal/informal requirements and design reviews.

7) Support systems design conversations and provide solutions containing the optimal integration options.


8) Design and implement interfaces and reporting within the various ERP modules (Recruitment, Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, NA Payroll etc.).

9) Oversee the development and implementation of system enhancements and solutions to meet ongoing business and user needs.

10) Liaison and collaborate with other functional and technical teams within the organization for any PeopleSoft needs.

Activity B:Project Planning & Management** (35% of time)

1) Manage all aspects of the product development and support life cycle.

2) Support the detailed project planning for the development and execution of business solutions.

3) Maintain IS Change Management Standards.

4) Monitor project actions steps, ensuring time frames and outcomes are met.

5) Measure and monitor implementation outcomes.

6) Meets deadlines and manages multiple, dynamic priorities.

8) Lead/support the development of standards, best practices, and methodologies.

9) Establish and communicate goals and objectives to project team aligned to delivering business capabilities.


Activity C:
Leadership & Development** (5% of time)

1) Manage and communicate work responsibilities to leadership and team members.

2) Pursue self-development opportunities to enhance leadership competency.

3) Actively support well-performing team members in self-development.

4) Support in the selection of team members and contribute to their orientation/training.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years handson experience in a PeopleSoft HCM implementation / support as lead (preferably PeopleSoft or other similar sophisticated HR or Finance solutions) in a complex business environment is required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Development role.
  • Experience in interacting with the clients / business users to identify and finalize the scope of the project.
  • Welldeveloped analytical, planning, and problemsolving abilities are required.
  • Strong database design and SQL knowledge required.
  • Exposure to latest integration methodologies (APIbased) and tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data quality and governance issues and requirements.

  • Flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies & processes.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, guiding a team of analysts and developers to deliver quality solutions to customers.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Possess prior experience of supporting large scale organizations with successful ERP implementation(s).

Exposure to Quality and Change Management, ensuring necessary processes and documentation are in place to meet project goal.
