- Analyze current shipping and production processes to identify gaps and differences compared to the new ERP to early manage and solve bottlenecks and identify possible areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights on shipping and production operations.
- Lead the transition to a new ERP software system for the shipping and production departments during the go-live phase.
- Work closely with IT to configure the ERP software to meet the needs of the shipping and production departments.
- Train shipping and production departments staff on the use of the new ERP software system.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of shipping and production processes and identify areas for further improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management on the progress of the ERP implementation, shipping and production process optimization initiatives.
- All other related tasks.

Under the responsibility of the Unit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing our current shipping and production processes and leading the transition to the new ERP software system (D365) scheduled to launch in early 2025.
