Richter is currently undergoing transformation and the Talent & Culture team is an integral part of this change.
In collaboration with the Global Compensation and Talent Management Director and; the Head of Global Compensation, the Total Rewards Manager will have a major role in this transformation by actively participating in the following responsibilities:
- Complete the total compensation surveys for all the different roles and regions in which Richter operates.
- Perform compensation competitiveness analyzes and make recommendations to optimize Richter's total compensation offering.
- Participate in the implementation of an international mobility and flexible work policy.
- Participate in the monetization and implementation of the new global compensation strategy by ensuring that the offer promotes the attraction, retention and engagement of talent at Richter.
- Provide a strategic advisory role to business partners in Talent & Culture and to Richter associates.
- Work closely with the finance team in setting up the budget to ensure continuous operational flow and accurate execution of processes.
- Provide Finance with a new annual forecast of fulltime employees and compensation, including an analysis of the variancetobudget factors.
- Participate in multidisciplinary working groups in the implementation of the firm's new Talent and Global Compensation strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a businessrelated field
- Five (5+) years of recent relevant experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices, related labor laws and regulations
- Demonstrated knowledge of compensation data analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel based functions
- Ability to work with files containing large amounts of data
- Attention to detail
- Established organizational skills, flexibility, and a proven ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity over all sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, French and English with a high attention to details
