Key Responsibilities:


  • With strong business acumen and using project management best practices, maximize revenue by minimizing the time needed to onboard new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver Customer and Stakeholder presentations with confidence and conviction.
  • Lead and facilitate Project meetings with Customers, Internal Project Team Members, and senior Stakeholders, including preparation and distribution of detailed meeting minutes and comprehensive status reports.
  • Plan and coordinate the work of project team members, including Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, External Suppliers, and Customers
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and prepare comprehensive and clear Business Requirements
  • Develop detailed Project Plans, as well as Issues and Risk Management Plans for each implementation.
  • Use effective communications skills and influence to confidently lead internal Project Teams and Customers through the entire project management lifecycle.
  • Continuously seek and implement opportunities to enhance the new business onboarding process.
  • Produce and manage integrated project plans and other related project management deliverables including statement of work, business requirements, UAT plans, communication, and training plans.
  • Keep the Project Team, Customer and Stakeholders informed of project progress through regular formal status reporting and ongoing communication.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and in written communications.
  • 510 years direct project management experience and strong familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge and project management principles and processes.
  • Customer facing implementation experience.
  • Ability to shift between both customer facing projects as well as internal business projects.
  • Strong and proven project management skills.
  • Experience with facilitating business requirements workshops and writing comprehensive business requirements documents.
  • Strong verbal and written French and English communication skills, including strengths in meeting objectives through leadership, influence, facilitation, and team building.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members in a cross functional environment.
  • PMP designation or in the process of pursuing certification would be an asset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficient in MS Project.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet is a nice to have.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively at all organizational levels including senior leadership and directly with Customers.
