Key Responsibilities:


Internal:


  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization as a member of the Operations Senior Leadership team.
  • Develop and implement integrated strategies to achieve business unit objectives.
  • Enhance the company's reputation and relationships with clients, industry partners, and regulators.
  • Provide projectspecific leadership, including troubleshooting, problemsolving, and stakeholder management.
  • Forecast and manage project budgets, ensuring delivery according to financial targets.
  • Participate in talent acquisition efforts and support the recruitment process.

External:


  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to understand and meet their expectations effectively.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities and manage issues and opportunities at the executive level.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and establish client relationships.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Lead proposal commitments, ensuring compliance with requirements and pricing considerations.
  • Communicate recommendations for proposal changes to leadership.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' leadership experience demonstrating competencies in team effectiveness, collaboration, decisionmaking, and strategic management.
  • Strong business acumen and success in contributing to business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent the company credibly with various stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing internal and external business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict management, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complex situations.
  • Adaptable, candid, and valuesdriven individual with a history of integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and organize processes effectively.
  • This role should expect 15% travel and the successful applicant must have a valid passport for international travel.
