  • As a Sales and Account Management Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing new ParkPlus sales opportunities, develop sales strategies to attract new clients, and study potential clients' needs. You will also maintain and expand client database, attend meetings and sales events, and deliver sales presentations. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients post sales.

Primary duties include:

  • Source sales opportunities.
  • Manage existing client's account.
  • Gather, analyze competitor, and market trends and functionalities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for service agreement.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

  • A completed 2 year diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications with concentration in sales and marketing and at least 5 years sales experience, OR.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce with a concentration in sales and marketing and at least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in sales including preparing proposals and responses to complex Request for Proposal (RFPs) or Request for Information (RFIs) and negotiating with vendors and clients is required.
  • Advance proficiency using Word and PowerPoint is required.
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent), with no more than 6 demerits and no current suspensions or charges pending.
  • Success in this position requires strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills with an ability think critically and creatively.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated presentation abilities.

  • Location: 620 9 Avenue SW
  • Compensation: Pay Grade 12 $ per hour
  • Days of Work: This position typically works a 5 day
work week, with 1 day off in each 3 week cycle.
