Print and Marketing Customer Service Associate

Our representatives are expert problem solvers and excellent communicators who can empathize with a customer's situation and quickly determine their needs and provide resolution.

Through navigating multiple systems and resources, representatives provide solutions that focus on exceeding expectations of customers.

Start Date:
February 27th, 2023

Shift for training: 8:00am - 4:30pm CST

Shift after training:
Full time, 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 7:00pm CST. Saturday or Sunday shifts from 8:30am - 7:00pm CST can be scheduled depending on business need

Wages:
Starting at $15.35/hr contingent on previous work experience

As a Print and Marketing Customer Service Associate you will:

Consult with internal and external customers to resolve issues that affect our customers
Resolve customer issues quickly and accurately
Provide exceptional service, while helping customers meet their business needs
Place customer orders, while crossselling and/or upselling products
Accurately document order information, including additions, deletions, changes, and cancellations
Ensure customers stay uptodate on any system updates or changes

What You'll Bring to the Table:

A true passion for customer service
Ability to adjust your approach in engaging the customer base depending on customer needs
Clear and effective communication. Conveying easily understood information, asking relevant questions, and providing accurate answers

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service
Oral and written fluency in the English language
6 months of relevant customer service experience
High school diploma
Keyboarding skills/ minumum 40 WPM
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong listening skills
