Overview

  • As a Logistics Analyst you will be reponsible for providing analytical support for the planning and logistics processes within the global supply chain. This includes detailed analysis of planning and forecast data to support the activities throughout the various product lifecycle stages.

What you'll do:


  • Create and organize metrics for management reporting and company targets through data mining of logistics reports. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of global logistics processes and demand planning to support in optimizing the supply chain.
  • Participate in a number of crossfunctional business processes, providing support for evaluation and recommendations for improvement. Business processes can include global inventory levels, engineering change management, reliability issues, forecasting and demand planning.
  • Assist in the planning of new product launch activities. Create and monitor reports to track materials and logistics progress pre and postlaunch.
  • Perform other adhoc related tasks as required by the Manager and senior team members.

What you'll bring to this team:


  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills for indepth data analysis and presentation
  • Experience with computerized (ERP) systems, with SAP skills considered an asset
  • Postsecondary education in a related field
  • 23 years of experience in an Analytical role (preferably in Supply Chain)
  • Passionate about solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally Enjoy investigating complex problems and summarizing the critical points in a clear concise manner
