Responsibilities:


The Assistant Director of Recruitment for Domestic Students plays a vital role in attracting and enrolling prospective domestic students to the institution.

This position involves developing and implementing strategies to effectively reach out to domestic student populations, engage with them, and guide them through the recruitment process.


  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
  • Proficiency in conducting research to identify prospective students
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Organize and attend recruitment events such as college fairs, information sessions, and agency events to engage with prospective students.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations and information sessions to educate prospective students about the institution's programs, admissions process, and campus life.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Communications, or Marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
