Description
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and assist them in parts or sales inquiries
- Using your knowledge of products and service to sell or provide indepth information about parts and service options
- Contacting customers to provide parts and sales quotations
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Working with technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed
- Ability to use online parts catalogs to identify correct parts
- Knowledge and ability to monitor inventory including stock and special orders
- Source parts from multiple vendors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft word and excel
Salary:
$50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
