Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing equipment.

We are working closely with our customers to enable the research, development, and commercialization of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer technology.


We are growing and hiring a Project Scheduler to support the Project Managers and Engineering Team Leads through the disciplined control and administration of the Master Schedule.

The Master Schedule contains all the tasks, durations (planned, actual and forecast), roles, resources, and sequencing for all Company projects.

The Project Scheduler ensures that managers of projects and resources and senior managers have visibility of tasks execution and resource utilization across all areas of the business.


Responsibilities include:


  • Support the organization, implementation, and maintenance of the Master Project Schedule.
  • Work with project managers, engineering team leads, and manufacturing leads to set up and maintain tasks and subtasks for defined projects.
  • Prepare periodic and routine project scheduling reports to present to Senior Management.
  • Champion the establishment and maintenance of scheduling and template standards.
  • Interact with engineering team leads to identify and select the applicable tasks template to be used in each project.
  • Work with the engineering leads, manufacturing leads, and project managers to evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
  • Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend workaround.
  • Other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:


  • Diploma or Degree in a technical field or a mixture of experience and training.
  • 3 plus years in projectbased work, with understanding of project management principles.
  • Interpersonal skills with internal and external contacts.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with efficient time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
