EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of five (5) years' experience with SAP HCM (preferably SAP ECC) functional modules (Payroll, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Time Management, Security and Organizational Management) and implementation including SAP configuration, rule and schema building in SAP HCM; Experience on SAP HR/Payroll conversions and upgrades; Experience in business and process modeling methodologies and tools, business case development methodologies, system design and analysis; Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems; Understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies; Certification in HCM and SuccessFactors configuration tools (Payroll, Payroll Control Centre, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Time Management, Security and Organizational Management, Employee Central) is desired; three or more (3+) years' experience working with Cloud solutions (SuccessFactors, Kronos, etc.).

SKILLS:

Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding; Successful experience providing assistance to clients with a customer service focus; Demonstrated ability to handle matters requiring diplomacy, sensitivity and confidentiality; Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills for SAP role based HR/Payroll design; Demonstrated research skills to gather and analyze the system solutions and make recommendations; Project Management skills desirable.

OTHER:

Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines; Must be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
