RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC
The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre.

Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University.

The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Santé (FRQS).

Position summary

General Duties

Establish key relationships and liaise with the other Accelerating clinical trials (ACT) CTU project leads and their teams (research assistants, students/trainees) across the country.

Education / Experience

Education:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical or healthcare discipline

Work Experience:
Experience in project coordination and project management (ethics submissions, data collection, and all processes related to clinical research)

Other Requirements:

Resourceful, selfdirected, collaborative, and able to manage a large team,
Excellent problemsolving skills,
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills,
Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines, show initiative and work with mínimal supervision,
Excellent time and task management,
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management tools,
Excellent knowledge in written and spoken French and English (other languages considered an asset),
Flexibility of hours,
Problemsolving skills and can work independently.

Additional information

Status:
Temporary Full-Time (35-hour workweek)

Pay Scale:
$52,998.40 to $98,425.60, according to experience and education

Work Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Mondays to Fridays

Work Site:
RIMUHC 5252 de Maisonneuve, CORE, Montreal Quebec
