JOB PURPOSE

This exciting new role will be aligned to CD iOps Data & Analytics Product group within D&A, which is tasked to build sophisticated analytics products to help Unilever CD teams get maximum value & growth for their business by leveraging efficiencies and intelligence of Promo Analytics suite of products.

Unilever spends over €32B per annum on trade, including €10B+ in 'Consumer Price Promotion' (CPP) and there is a significant opportunity for increased incremental turnover and cost efficiency globally by leveraging data driven decision making.

This makes Promo Analytics as one of the key Pillars for Unilever to drive efficient upstream decision making and strategic choices with our customers.


Our team is composed of bright and enthusiastic product managers, SMEs, Business Analysts and Deployment managers focused on continuously improving and implementing Promo Analytics tools within Unilever globally - while closely collaborating with various teams within Uniops & markets.

Promo Analytics suite of products uses prescriptive and predictive analytics to create continuously improving trade promotion strategies and results.

We are the pioneers in this space with an industry leading, one of its kind product suite in the FMCG space leveraging a wide range of internal & external data sources; powering growth for Unilever.


As the Global Program Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the e2e delivery of the products across different project/product phases and markets, in line with the business case.

You will play the crucial role as the global lead partnering with multifunctional teams and key/senior stakeholders across iOps, D&A (Global & UiM), CD market teams with the sole objective of landing the markets in time, full and in budget.

You will be working very closely with the Director CD iOps D&A in managing the program at scale and cutting across responsibilities of on time delivery, cost efficiencies (budget and business case management), leadership comms and alignment, escalation management, change management, cross product integration & efficiencies and team management.


RESPONSIBILITIES
- _ Lead & business partner with senior stakeholders in iOps, D&A
  • Global & UiM, Market CD teams and Market Activation_
- _ Program manage the delivery and deployment across the product suite and markets_
- _ Landing the deployments across markets OTIF (time and budget)_
- _ E2e budget management and cost efficiencies across capex, open, RDI and run costs_
- _ Suitable interventions in product delivery across markets for seamless and in time delivery_
- _ Partnering with Solution Factory for efficient and cost-effective delivery along with the optimal D&A Operating Model._
- _ Partnering with Data CoE teams for e2e lifecycle for data from initial assessment to final delivery of product ensuring reduced costs, TAT and wastage while adhering to iOps/D&A design principles_
- _ Liaising with iOps PMO, Integrated design and testing teams, Change Management, Finance, and comms teams_

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in managing and leading complex, digital, global programs at scale including design, delivery, deployment, change and budget management.
  • Functional understanding of the consumer goods industry, CD business processes, CD products and ecosystem
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lead in a complex ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to build trust and support with stakeholders
Desirable Experience

  • Understanding and experience of Agile best practices
  • Understanding/Experience with Trade Promo Planning and Analytics
  • Strong retailer experience
  • Previous experience/ understanding of iOps program and/or Data & Analytics in Unilever
