We're seeking a full-time, permanent
Retail Operations Manager** to support our growing team This role will be positioned in Central Ontario (spanning from Burlington, through the GTA, up to the Kawarthas), as a remote-hybrid opportunity, with frequent travel to our hearing centres across the region.

What you will do:
- Oversee the hearing centre staff, supporting with direction, leadership, coaching, mentoring basically supporting the employee life cycle in the clinics
- Creating, establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures for the clinics. This includes, but is not limited to, schedule management, patient recall process, patient database and files, etc.
- Provide operations support for clinical and companywide initiatives such as new product launches, toolkit additions, pricing updates, customer events, and more
- Understand industry changes and implications to centre operations
- Provide regular updates on key performance indicator (KPI) trends and results of initiatives/projects
- Document centre needs and risk analysis to support project management in executing successful clinic relocations, buildouts and closures
- Support successful integrations for acquisitions, as required
- Maintain constant communication with centre staff and managers to understand opportunities
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of proven success in a retail operations role
- 35 years management experience (within a healthcare/retail setting would be considered a strong asset)
- Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers and other stakeholders, including successful guidance with change management
- Superior oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, management, suppliers, customers, etc.)
- Keen attentiontodetail for time management and organization skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements, operations reports, retail KPIs, etc. Willingness to travel frequently within Central Ontario and occasionally throughout Canada as required
