    Responsibilities


    • Drive the integration of data initiatives, ensuring cohesive and strategic alignment across projects while adhering to standards and principles.
    • Ensure that all data solutions are designed and implemented following established standards and data principles.
    • Develop new approaches, processes, methods or policies for the data team.
    • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and the successful rollout of data initiatives in line with the data strategy.
    • Guide and oversee multiple large complex data projects, ensuring strategic alignment, and consistent delivery while adhering to standards and principles.
    • Document data flows, systems, processes for portfolios of projects, and recommend reusable datasets.
    • Contribute to a large effort to enhance our data platform and the assessment, and development of core data sets.
    • Provide leadership to improve business performance, foster innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the team.
    Qualifications


    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-focused projects within a digital analytics environment.
    • Strong knowledge of data platforms, data management, data governance, project management, data science concepts, and ML Ops.
    • Ability to research, pilot, evaluate new technologies and identify how they will integrate with the corporate network and recommend strategies.
    • Strong business analytics documentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to guide and oversee multiple concurrent and complex data projects with strategic vision and attention to detail.
    • Ability to solve unusual problems or problems with a significant impact to the business.
    • Ability to work effectively with data scientists, engineers, and architects, translating technical conversations into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.
    • Commitment to maintaining high standards in data solutions and ensuring alignment with data principles and technical standards.
    • Demonstrates broad based knowledge of information technology.
