Position Summary

Responsibilities:

Manage calendar: including but limited to internal and external meetings,
Receive and manage all incoming calls and provide superior customer service
Participate in all meetings and ensure proper minutes are recorded and follow ups are done in a timely manner
Organize travel bookings and accommodations when owner's business travel arises.
Provide admin support to staff members
Review and proofread all documents, reports, and correspondence including format, content, grammar, spelling and ensure accuracy.
Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Related experience in office assisting environment.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
A content writing skills with social media passion will be great addition.
Exceptional communication skill both written and verbal
Strong understanding of Social Media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
Great multitasking abilities and to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Application such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
