- Provide technical support to customers, including distributors, industrial facilities, and collision centers.
- Conduct training sessions on product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and color matching.
- Work to drive customer retention, competitive conversions, improve product performance, and develop new products.
- Partner with the R&D lab to identify and resolve product complaints.
- Travel to customer sites at least 50% of the time.
- Education and sound product and technical knowledge.
- Experience with automotive paint.
- Ability to conduct training programs and lead product demonstrations.
- Skill in troubleshooting technical issues, including application and color matching in collision centers.
