You will

Develop and manage project marketing programs for a portfolio of Anthem's existing and upcoming residential communities (Metro Vancouver) from envisioning/branding to production/installation
Collaborate with and support Anthem's marketing teams across all regions (Edmonton, Vancouver, Sacramento) to build systems and processes as Anthem continues to grow
Oversee marketing critical paths, proformas, goals, and metrics while offering professional insight along the way
Complete ongoing competitive market analysis to continuously evolve the community's positioning strategy
Build and establish a positive rapport with all marketing stakeholders (including hired consultants, vendors, advertisers etc.)
Utilize and manage client data in CRM
Collaborate with Anthem's inhouse Corporate Communications team to post relevant content on Corporate Social Media Channels
Collaborate with inhouse Sales, Development, and Construction teams to develop a vision and product design development (floorplans, features, specifications, amenity programming, etc.) for all new communities
Reinforce the community vision/story by integrating efforts whenever possible (via architecture, ID, landscaping, amenity programming etc.)
Collaborate with sales on creating sales and marketing plans for each community

You have
years of experience in a professional marketing position in an active market (prefer - 3 years of that time spent in real estate marketing)

Postsecondary degree in a marketingrelated area of study
A passion for developing innovative solutions to solve marketing problems
A desire to have fun at work while doing what you love
Basic proficiency in

Creative Cloud:
InDesign, Dreamweaver

Experience with CRM, Lasso and MS Projects
Excellent timemanagement and communication skills
The ability to travel (valid Passport required)
