We are currently looking for a Horticulturist to assist us in maintaining our gorgeous Pearle Hospitality properties in the Hamilton/Burlington area.

- this role ranges between $25 - $32 hourly depending on relevant experience

What we are looking for:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the horticultural field, landscape maintenance & turf management
A strong team player with exceptional leadership skills
Ability to cultivate a positive work environment and instill an ethic of teamwork and professionalism among the team
Close attention to detail.
Extensive knowledge of annuals, perennials and nursery stock
Purchasing of plant material.
A keen eye for Landscape design
Design and installation of seasonal planters
Knowledge in tree and plant care and installation
Valid "G" with clean driver's abstracts
Experience with push and ride on mowers
Experience using trimmer, power edger, blower, hedge trimmer
Experience towing a trailer
Experience operating mini excavator, loader, and skid steer
First aid training considered asset
