- Organize, check inventory, monitor backorders, input, and provide quotations, order entry, delivery, and invoicing to respective dealers using SAP software
- Input all customerrelated data into CRM system on a daily basis
- AR follow up on all overdue accounts
- Ensure all dealer accounts have sufficient and current credit coverage with external companywide credit insurance
- Recommend and implement improvements to sales/marketing/administrative procedures/processes
- Project work, assigned by the Regional Sales Director
- Minimum of 3 years of Administrative/Organizational or Sales Support experience within a fastpaced, innovative environment
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Order Entry is MANDATORY
- Knowledgeable on SAP SD module is an asset
- Knowledgeable on SAP SD module is an asset
- Working knowledge of CRM Salesforce system is preferred
- Culinary experience, or interest, is an asset
