- Minimum five years of experience; Architectural Technologist or Bachelor of Architecture credentials
- A varied Revit portfolio of mid-sized projects including schools, offices, and mixed-use residential projects; preference to CAHP Interns or candidates experienced in building science assessments
- Solid Revit skills and knowledge OBC and building science fundamentals
- Ability to produce a full set of high-quality drawings in Revit; details and documentation that are clear, accurate, comprehensive and consistent
- Strong spoken and written English skills; ability to collaborate well with employees and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and project management software
- Experience in contract administration and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- G license and car
- Work for a stable firm with decades of well-established clients
- Ongoing mentoring and support from seasoned OAA architects
