Job Overview:
We are seeking a Fence and deck installer to join our team.

As a Fence and deck installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of fences and decks for residential and commercial properties.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This position would convert to indoor residential renovations during the winter months.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair fences according to project specifications
Measure and mark fence lines, ensuring accurate placement
Attach rails, pickets, or panels to the posts using appropriate tools
Cut and shape materials as needed to fit the desired design
Ensure fences are level, plumb, and structurally sound
Remove old or damaged fences as necessary
Clean up work area and dispose of debris properly

Skills:

Strong knowledge of fence installation techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Proficient in using hand and power tools for fence installation
Experience with tile laying, flooring installation, drywall, welding, caulking, construction painting, or related skills is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to maintain highquality workmanship
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
