Description
We are looking for a
Maintenance Technician for one of our clients located in
Granby & Sherbrooke, QC. They are in the business of Garbage Collection.


Responsibilities:


  • Work on tipping trucks (Roll Off), front loading trucks, and rear, as well as on tractors and trailers of brands such as Peterbilt, Kenworth, Mack, and Freightliner.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of security components, such as cameras and alarms.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with various vehicle systems.
  • Interpret and understand plans and diagrams.
  • Ensure equipment compliance (PEP).

Requirements:


  • Possess a DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics or construction machinery, or have a
  • Possession of a PEP card is an asset.
  • Long working hours.
  • Punctual.

Location:
Granby & Sherbrooke


Shift time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mon - Fri)

Noon to 8:30 p.m. (Mon - Fri)


Pay Rate:
$24 to $26 (depending upon experience)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$24.00-$26.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Granby, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
