Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to client inquires, issues, and requests for information
  • Target potential clients and follow up with them
  • Create contents for social media platform
  • Assist in preparation of events for branding purpose
  • Assist in preparation of documentation for new projects
  • Assist in designing poster and editing videos
  • Assist in paperwork and follow up officerelated duties
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers and walkin clients and provide appropriate customer services
  • Other officerelated duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of targeting the potential clients
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Honest, reliable, and loyal
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Willingness to provide a criminal record check

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
