Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a
Truck Account Coordinator
What will you do?
- Provide backend overflow call support for the Truck Account Administrator (TAA) team
- Coordinates with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers to ascertain the most effective resolution to truck malfunctions
- As the technical expert, act as a consultant to fleet managers, service technicians, and other internal department personnel for complex escalations
- Reviews and issues nonstandard purchase orders to ensure that the customer's best interests are protected.
- Support the technical resource center by assisting customers and vendors as needed.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years' experience in repair and maintenance of diesel tractors, trailers, hydraulics, or other heavy duty equipment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, French would be an asset
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty protocols
- Ability to use a telephone and work in a fast paced environment
- Possess strong customer service and prioritizing skills
