    Permanent Job Start:
    As soon as possible Your duties will include:
    • Deploy staff and delegate tasks to create the ideal Booster Juice Experience for each customer.
    • Supervise activities of other employees and ensure proper execution of store operations.
    • Develop positive relationships with store team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns.
    • Maintain an adequate level of inventory and stock to avoid understocking or overstocking.
    • Utilize and provide direction to staff during their shift on the use of tools and equipment safely.
    • Provides feedback and coaching to improve staff performance.
    • Provide exemplary and prompt customer service, deliver quality beverages and products to customers.
    • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
