    Description
    Ensure that shop repair orders and service orders are handled in accordance with current company policies and procedures.
    Review computer based records for Aircraft engine configuration trees, component trees to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    Coordinate and supervise the inspection and rectification of Off-wing engines, APU, Aircraft components including wheels and batteries.
    Ensure that maintenance records are completed according to company policy.

    Ensure that maintenance personnel under their supervision have the necessary equipment, facilities and training required to properly accomplish their duties in support of maintenance activities on aircraft and aeronautical products.

    Responsible for timekeeping, overtime approvals and labor detail reporting on a shift-by-shift basis.
    Responsible for health and safety inspections for all work areas, including vehicles, controlled by the company.
    understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy.

    Results Focus:
    Focusing efforts on achieving high quality results consistent with the organization's standards.
    Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus.

    Must posess a Transport Canada M2 AME license.
    Dash and/or Embraer E1 endorsements considered an asset.
    Extensive knowledge of aircraft turbine engines (Turboprop and/or High bypass jet) required.
    Must be knowledgeable of the provisions set out in the Canadian Aviation Regulations for the proper performance of their duties
    knowledge or AMOS and/or RAAS considered an asset.
