- Construire et entretenir une bonne et positive communication avec les clients en leur proposant des solutions personnalisées et s'assurer que les demandes sont traitées de manière appropriée en se coordonnant avec les diverses fonctions au sein de l'entreprise. Planifier les appels du service et faire le suivi avec les clients.
- Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes de commande sur le plan technique à l'aide des outils et des procédures de diagnostic établis. detecterv les problèmes des clients si nécessaire.
- Responsable de la saisie précise des données en utilisant les applications prescrites.
- Provide first-level customer service regarding inquiries about product/account/usage and applications.
- Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensuring requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company.
- Schedule service calls and follow up with customers/clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order or technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures.
- Escalate customer issues as required.
- Perform accurate data input using prescribed applications.
