The northern operations of Miller Paving Limited, centrally located in New Liskeard, Ontario, is devoted to being a great place to work where people are inspired to be the best they can be.

Our Northern divisions have also expanded services to include bridge construction as well.

A sampling of our wide range of services includes:
Roads and highways (new construction and rehabilitation), Bridges, culverts and concrete pavement structures and Entranceways & parking lots.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the administration of contracts and contractual obligations
  • Facilitate daily payroll entry, as well as cost tracking and scheduling
  • Completion of hiring packages
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
  • Administrative duties such as letter writing, note taking, and preparing purchase orders
  • Attend meetings related to the project
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Ability to perform effective verbal and written instructions
  • Must be attending postsecondary school in civil engineering or business administration (preferred)
  • Accounting experience would be considered an asset
  • Must comply with nondisclosure practices regarding confidential information
  • Must be able to handle high pressure situations
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Have a valid driver's licence
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must be a team player
