Allied is looking for a

Content Coordinator to join our team at The Well.

At Allied, everything starts with purpose.

In the role of Content Coordinator, you will enhance and extend The Well's brand identity across all digital and print touch points, strengthening our relationship with everyone who works, lives and plays at The Well.


What is The Well?
The Well is a unique and innovative joint venture between Allied and Riocan.


Located at Spadina and Front, The Well brings together three million square feet of retail, office, and residential space constructed over 7.7 acres.

Through this, The Well sets the stage for meaningful experiences that draw people from down the street and across the globe to eat, shop, work, live and play in Toronto.


What will you do?:


  • Create, manage and maintain The Well's marketing content calendar.
  • Design elements for The Well's website and ecommerce site.
  • Design and develop digital marketing assets for various channels and platforms.
  • Design print materials (e.g., site signage, postcards, brochures, etc.).
  • Create dynamic digital and print tenant communication and educational materials.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts adhere to brand style guidelines and are AODA compliant.
  • Collaborate with the team to explore new ways to evolve and express The Well.
  • Collaborate with external agencies as needed (creative and website).
  • Advise external partners on brand guidelines and requirements as required.
  • Contribute to the managing the marketing budget including creating and tracking purchase orders, invoice coordination and monthly accruals for expenses.
  • Strive towards achieving goals and track critical progress and KPI's.
  • Contribute to Joint Venture partner reports to illustrate analytics, competitive position, and metrics.
  • Coordinate with Guest Experience team to effectively address community engagement needs on social media platforms.
  • Participate in the digital file management and organization of team shared drives.

What are we looking for?:


  • At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design or Digital Marketing.
  • Postsecondary education in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong eye for visual composition, typography and layout.
  • Strong copy writing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of overall digital marketing techniques and principles.
  • Knowledge of WordPress CMS Tools and online analytics.
  • An ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and management of deadlines.
  • Comfortable with changing workflows and business priorities.
  • Natural relationship builder and team player.

Would be an asset:
_**- Understanding of AODA compliance.

  • Video editing experience.
  • Good knowledge of print standards.
  • Experience with MailChimp.
