Overview:

The General Labourer is responsible for assisting in all growing and harvest activities including defoliation, trimming, sorting, packaging of cannabis, and facility sanitation.

General labourers will be cross trained in all departments on the production floor.

Perform cultivation activities including plant room transfers and defoliation.
Perform postharvest activities including trimming, sorting, and packaging of cannabis.
Keeps work areas clean and performs sanitation duties where required.
Maintains all necessary documentation associated with tasks performed.
Strictly adhere to Rocket Factory's Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance policies.
Other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including kneeling for extended periods of time.
Must be able to sit or stand for up to eight hours per day, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks.
This position requires the repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects, and involves bending and reaching.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
