6-month contract Business Analyst role focused on the HRIS workstream of a global enterprise organization.
~6-month contract BA role with a high-profile program
~ Remote work available in the PST time zone

As a result of growth and investment in technology our client is looking to add a contract Business Analyst to work within their digital pay team.

This newly developed team is working towards the shared goals of optimizing their HCM solutions particularly as it relates to time, wage and pay, realizing time and cost savings, generating powerful data analytics, meeting or exceeding compliance regulations, introducing standardization across operations and processes, and increasing our data security.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create business, functional and solution requirements for features and functionality to support their internal business needs and candidate experiences.

This client is one of the most recognizable Canadian brands, a true Vancouver success story who has expanded globally. They are well known for their corporate culture and has won major awards for their accomplishments.

They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition.

This role can be fully remote, but you must commit to PST working hours.
5+ years of business analyst experience
~ Experience supporting HRIS projects specifically supporting time and attendance projects
~ Strong experience providing business requirements for medium to large initiatives
~ Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
