Enterprise Client Manager - Saint John, Canada - Xerox

Xerox is currently seeking Client Managers to support the Canadian market out of their Saint John, New Brunswick office.Position Overview:
- Are you looking to expand your experience in B2B sales and are prepared to be a driving force in reshaping the delivery of digital solutions and services in large accounts in Canada? As a Client Manager, you'll be developed into being a top salesperson in account management, client relationship development, and advancing the adoption of Xerox digital print excellence for large enterprise clients.
What You Need To Succeed:
- Proficiency in English
- A postsecondary degree or equivalent experience is preferred, reflecting your commitment to continuous learning.
- 25 years of prior experience in B2B sales is highly preferred, demonstrated industry knowledge is an asset.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction.
- Possess personal drive, internal motivation, and a relentless pursuit of high achievement in every endeavor.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, emphasizing your ability to build and exceed client relationships.
- Showcase great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues.
What You'll Do:
- Client Printer Fleet Management: Maintain and manage client printer install base, new equipment additions, including location openings or status changes.
- Client Install Base Inventory Management: Manage lease expiries and endofservice at the account level, coordinating with internal and external teams, including reviewing the approach with the Field Client Manager.

Facing Quarterly Business Reviews:
Develop and deliver operational elements of the business review with stakeholders and clients.
- Procurement Process Optimization and Implementation: Understand various buying processes to position for print fleet retention and growth, and oversee the implementation process through to installation, including backlog management.
