As Quorum's
Implementation and Training Specialist, Sales will be responsible to provide new and existing client with hands-on training during our implementation process as well as services related to Quorum's software products.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for providing and testing customer set-up, conducting training sessions and investigating customer concerns through proactive customer management and "best practice" methods.


The implementation and training team is comprised of individuals whose combined experience will be in parts, sales, service and accounting.

You will be required to travel to client sites throughout Canada and the United States, at times spending upwards of 65% of the work time visiting clients.


Here is what we will expect from you at work:

  • Creation and updating of training team process documentation
  • Monitor the effectiveness of current training programs and help create training strategies to improved the training experience
  • Execute project tasks and ensure that project timelines and company standards are consistently met
  • Carryout setup, training and reporting protocols that help meet departmental goals
  • Assist others in the creation of project plans and training material
  • Work closely with peers to maximize team performance and efficiency
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure that the customer experience is as seamless as possible
  • Conduct remote and onsite training sessions for new and existing clients
  • Requires minimum 3 years recent automotive dealership experience in a Sales related position. Business Office or Sales Management experience preferred
  • Post secondary degree or college equivalent certification, or equivalent experience an asset
  • Previous experience providing IT support is an asset
  • Training and/or teaching experience an asset
  • Project management experience an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
