RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create functional requirements and design documents to ensure business requirements are accurately recorded
Work with the Project Team to design appropriate solutions and be a liaison between project team members and stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet stakeholder expectations
Continually strive to improve the efficiency and usability of our solution, leveraging your ongoing research and understanding of business needs
Participate in regularly scheduled project team meetings as needed
Act as a liaison/coordinator between stakeholders and the Project Team

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of SharePoint Online (SPO) and SharePoint 201
Knowledge of M365 platform (e.g., Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive, etc.)
Knowledge of Nintex 2013 workflows / forms and Nintex Cloud would be an asset
5+ years of experience in the development of business requirements and translating those business needs into functional and technical requirements
Assist in the coordination and migration of sites from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online (SPO)
Assist project team members in designing appropriate solutions
Create, implement, and configure new SPO sites as required
Configure and enable security requirements based on solution design
Assist in the resolution of issues and defects
Contribute to project test strategy
Execute and support testing initiatives
Work with leads to identify and document issues, defects, and risks on the project
Perform functional and integration acceptance testing
Assisting the clients during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
