This position will be part of the Due North(Previously known as Minus Forty QBD Corp). Our organization is the leading manufacturers of quality refrigerated and frozen food & beverage merchandisers.

What you will do

  • Assist in product development: working on engineering prototypes, providing constructive feedback, proposing innovative solutions which will aid in creating a successful product.
  • Create and track part orders for warrant/nonwarrant customers to ensure that inventory is current and accurate.
  • Diagnose and repair freezer units onsite.
  • Determine and communicate the parts and services that are covered by warranty and clearly explaining additional costs associated with services that are not covered by warranty.
  • Calculate and compile orderrelated statistics, and prepare reports for management
  • Inspect units and components for defects, imperfections, or shortages.
  • Install freezer components onsite.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings and schematics for freezer units and individual components.
  • Working closely with Customer Care to provide optimal customer satisfaction.

What you have to offer

  • Completion of secondary school Completion of some college or other postsecondary programs
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position(preferred)
  • Experience in refrigeration or similar equipment industry(required)
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite( e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)

Salary:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
