Description
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing and providing leadership for safety and environmental programs
  • Monitoring job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity
  • Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities
  • Supervising and mentoring field personnel
  • Implementing and monitoring the construction plan; including scheduling.
  • Completing field administration: timesheets, reports, and the job diaries
  • Coordinating all manpower, materials and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Min35 years proven Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Journeyman Trade Certification in a related Construction trade will be considered an asset
  • A proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to perform a variety of tasks under multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
$24.00-$44.00 per hour
