- Soutenir les équipes d'ingénierie et de gestion des clients du programme d'hélicoptères pour fournir un service sans faille pour la mise en service des moteurs nouveaux et anciens.
- Contribuer à l'avancement des outils informatiques utilisés pour soutenir la gestion des risques des plans de maintenance des moteurs à l'heure.
- Coordonner en interne les réunions de revue opérationnelle des clients. Développer un processus robuste de suivi de l'avancement des actions d'engagement client.
- Acquérir une expérience de travail pratique dans un rôle à multiples facettes dans une grande entreprise aérospatiale.
- Travaillez au sein de l'équipe de service client des moteurs d'hélicoptères de P&W qui prend en charge une flotte mondiale d'opérateurs effectuant une variété de missions allant des services médicaux d'urgence, à l'exploration pétrolière et gazière offshore, à l'application de la loi, au transport VIP, etc.

- Support the helicopter program customer engineering and management teams to provide flawless service for entry into service of new and legacy engines. Contribute to the advancement of IT tools used to support the risk management of engine pay per hour maintenance plans.

- Develop a robust process for tracking the progress of customer commitment actions.
- Gain hands-on work experience in a multi facet role in a large aerospace company.
- Work within P&W's helicopter engine customer service team that supports a global fleet of operators performing a variety of missions from emergency medical services, offshore oil & gas exploration, law enforcement, VIP transport, and more.

À quoi ressemblera votre travail quotidien :
Le stagiaire contribuera au département en effectuant une combinaison de tâches quotidiennes et l'avancement de projets à long terme. Les tâches comprendront le soutien aux campagnes de modernisation des moteurs sur le terrain, les améliorations des outils Excel, l'amélioration de la maintenance des moteurs et les initiatives de dépannage des moteurs. Le stagiaire développera une familiarité avec les outils informatiques tels que Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Power BI et SAP ainsi qu'une compréhension des stratégies de maintenance des moteurs d'hélicoptères.

What your day to day will look like:
The intern will contribute to the department by performing a combination of daily tasks and advancement of long term projects. Tasks will include supporting retrofit campaigns for engines in the field, excel tool improvements, engine maintenance improvement, engine troubleshooting initiatives. The intern will develop a familiarity with IT tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Power BI and SAP as well as gain an understanding of helicopter engine maintenance strategies.
