- Meet assigned financial targets, fostering a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and leverage broader Bank resources.
- Develop and grow industry sector(s) through sales, relationship management, and client service.
- Drive strategic sales initiatives for GTB products including payments & cash management.
- Utilize the Bank's Americas presence to connect with customers at both the parent and subsidiary levels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities affecting transaction banking.
- Consider the Bank's risk appetite in daily activities and decisions.
- Create a high-performance environment for the team, ensuring operational controls and risk management.
- 10 years' experience in financial services with at least 5 years in transaction banking or treasury finance.
- In-depth knowledge of transaction banking, digital propositions, and CRM systems.
- Experience in the specific industry sector is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the North American corporate transaction banking landscape is a plus.
- Track record in business origination and delivery in transaction banking solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and risk assessment skills.
- Strategic mindset and effective communication abilities.
- University degree, preferably post-graduate, and proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
- Hybrid work model – remote and office with occasional non-standard hours.
- Possibility of international travel.
