Job Duties

Supervision of
Detailing Team, Housekeeping Team, and PDI Team
Work closely with Rental Manager, CSR Supervisor and Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure smooth flow of the rental turnaround production
Ensure smooth operation and workflow in backofhouse
Prioritize work and manage the fleet including scheduling and lot organization based on fleet/reservation schedule (ready list)
Create and maintain rental service / PDI work orders and estimates
Work closely with technicians to ensure all information within work order is clear and accurate
Order and manage parts inventory
Supervise and perform quality checks on units prior to delivery
Taking initiative and owning processes that improve both our service levels and the overall performance of the location
Coordinate, assign and review work
Identify training needs and train team in job duties and company policies
Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training of production

- and service / PDI team

Conduct annual employee development reviews
In coordination with the Customer Service Supervisor:
Maintaining and reviewing customer records and address complaints relating to back-of-house, identify areas of opportunity, coordinate flow of pick-ups and drop offs, assist with seasonal operational needs of the Rental Department
Ensure maximum production while controlling costs and maintaining positive employee relationships
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of all companyrelated practices
Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

Be confident in a fastpaced environment and meeting tight deadlines
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Leadership ability and team building skills to effectively supervise and maintain a positive work environment
Experience in the RV sector in a lead/management role an asset
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools
Be confident working in a fastpaced environment and meeting tight deadlines
Care about people and have a desire to be part of a team who cares deeply about making customers' vacation dreams come true
