About the Role:
Junior Service Advisor is responsible for the customer experience resulting in customer satisfaction as well as customer retention.
To achieve this, they must have some service knowledge and how they benefit the customer's lifestyle and automotive maintenance needs.
Schedule:
Full-Time/
Monday - Friday/ 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Wage:
$19 - $25/hour (depending on experience)

Who You Are:
***- Minimum 1 years of recent experience as a Junior Service Advisor is an asset
- OEM Brand Dealer experience is preferred
- Superior customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all Service clients. Greet customers and understand their needs and concerns or service requests, and record the details accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians and Service Manager and recommend repairs and maintenance based on the discussions. Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and explain any provisions and exclusions to customers
- Prepare service work orders, enter repair orders into service database system and monitor progress
- Practice a consistent and thorough follow up process to ensure customers are kept up to date on vehicle condition and status. Conduct after service follow up calls with the customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and provide advice and tips for maintaining their vehicle in good condition.
- Arrange pick/drop off of guest vehicles when needed
- Coordinate courtesy vehicles
- Manage preowned vehicle reconditioning
- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to all appropriate parties and supervisors and ensure all notes are documented in customer file
