Description
Visier is the leader in people analytics. We are passionate about a 'people first' approach to business strategy and our addictive technology is transforming the way that organisations make decisions. Visier is looking for someone excited about delivering exceptional employee experiences to our growing, global team through their passions for organization and customer service.

- Collect and maintain confidential employee information, ensuring timely enrolment, processing and reporting
- Coordinate training enrollments, compliance, attendance tracking, and communications
- Maintain uptodate People & Culture content in our internal systems and with external vendors
- Draft correspondence with employees and external service providers, and content for internal & external communications
- Partner with People & Culture leaders to streamline and integrate all people operations systems and processes
- Contribute to positive employee experiences by delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions
- Participate in a variety of People & Culture projects and initiatives
What you'll bring to the table
:
- You believe in Visier's purpose and how we're positively impacting the world
- Previous experience in a fastpaced, changing, corporate environment
- Whether you're comparing spreadsheets or drafting a communication, you know details matter and you get them right.
- You're a critical thinker. You can connectthedots to solve problems, and seek out opportunities when the dots don't even exist yet.
- You're a master at managing your time and resources. Our pace is quick and change is constant, so you need to be able to work fast and be comfortable with switching directions.
- You don't shy away from building connections, and can speak confidently with people you don't yet know.
- You're hungry to learn and contribute. Our organization is growing and this role is an exceptional opportunity to grow with us.
- Fearless with technology
- You are excited to get your hands on new systems and are able to figure out any kind of software.
- You want to be part of a fun and collaborative team
- Knowledge of human resource functions is a plus
Most importantly, you share our values...
- You roll up your sleeves
