***Working closely with the corporate aftermarket team, this position is accountable to the Manager, Business Analysis - Branch Operations for effective support in the coordination of functions related to warranty processing, centralized invoicing, and operator training administration.

  • Maintain lists of portals and portal customers.
  • Maintain list of invoices, and payments. Provide back up to Accounts Payable and Receivable, follow up on payments, provide back up to dealers as requested.
  • Daily upload of invoices into portals. Assist with the monitoring of 3rd party portals for rejected invoices, log rejections on branch centralized invoicing reports, liaise with branches.
  • Distribution of consolidated invoices received from US head office for upload to Payee Central to Crown branches.
  • Entry of nonbranch customer invoices into 3rd party portals.
  • New truck registrations obtain required documentation and follow up with sales team when needed. Register trucks on Crown/OEM site.
  • Assist with maintenance of warranty records/spreadsheets.
  • Train on warranty functions such as claim submission, monitoring, liaising with branch staff, to provide assistance and absence relief to Warranty Administrator as required.
  • Train on centralized invoicing functions to provide assistance and absence relief to Centralized Invoicing Supervisor as required.
  • Train on operator and technical training administrative functions such as scheduling, billing, and generating certifications, to provide assistance and absence relief to Aftermarket Special Projects Manager.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

KNOW HOW & EXPERIENCE

  • 25 years of relevant experience.
  • Postsecondary schooling. A business administration diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and intermediate Excel (including formulas and pivot tables).
  • Proven data entry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Selfstarter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
