A Day in the Life

Grab the Project Manager's chaotic and fastpaced company life by the horns and manage Trendi's Hydration Station, BioTrim and Smoothie Cafe projects from start to finish
Liaise between internal Trendi project members, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
Ensure project contributors are actively spurred into action and working toward established milestones.
Employ every project management tool under the sun to break down projects, timelines, resources, budgets, workloads, and communicate effortlessly with all teams
Crush ALL the obstacles that threaten our mission by identifying risks and making subsequent adjustments, when necessary.
Work with rocking Misfits and ensure successful project delivery by determining roles and responsibilities and defining clear deliverables for specific projects or initiatives.
Lead with kindness, humor, and accountability to inspire our team to exceed expectations and get the job done.
Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries detailing project updates on a consistent basis.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Business or related technical field required.
Passionately embraced and owned your last Project Manager position and have a proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline from start to finish.
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
Excellent time management and organizational skills; Calendly, Monday, or Todoist are pinned in your taskbar
Experience with Asana and Google Workspace.
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decisionmaking and ensuring project delivery.
Highly responsive and ability to communicate effectively and precisely
Experience working in a highlevel collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.

It's a bonus if you have

A professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition is preferred.
Experience in Manufacturing
Startup experience
