Job Specific Duties:

This opportunity is a key role within our company, and will work directly with the accounting team and company CPA to assist with and in time independently complete aspects of accounting including: Receivables, Payables, Payroll, and Cash Management functions as well as miscellaneous tasks as required.

This role is flexible in hours upon successful completion of training period. The required hours will range from 30-40 hours per week. Job flexibility, diversity and direct training resulting in growth opportunities is a perk in this position.

This role will:

Directly assist the company controller (CPA) in receivables, payables and payroll
Work directly with site for collection of timesheets setup of new employees
Support with miscellaneous operational tasks such as electronic file management systems
Reliable transportation is required

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Salary:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour
