Job Description:
The Coordinator, Marketing Promotions, brings to life the marketing of Indigo's annual promotions calendar by championing cross-functional collaboration to execute the marketing of OMNI channel promotions.
The Coordinator will be accountable for supporting on all mass and merchant-led promotions at Indigo and will ensure the implementation and evolution of the promotion's toolkit, track key promotions deliverables, and develop executional excellence of Indigo's promotions and promotions post-games.
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS
- Grow Indigo Revenue, as measured by OMNI Channel sales
- Stakeholder and crossfunctional feedback on collaboration
- Fewer/Bigger/Better (less activity, greater impact, KPI TBC)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
- Leverage insights to support the evolution of the promotions toolkit to ensure bestinclass execution.
- Support 360 marketing plans around key quarterly OMNI promotions
- Develop a reporting process to share promotions results with crossfunctional partners.
- Streamline the promotions process, ensuring the team a >90% ontime promotional asset delivery (+X days vs. inmarket date)
- Be the consumer's voice and represent marketing at weekly Promo Committee meetings.
- Consolidate and report on promotions results, following each mass campaign promotion aligned to the promotions calendar.
- Support communications, positioning, and execution for promotions partnering crossfunctionally to ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them.
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decisionmaking and design processes.
- Embrace and seek out technology that creates hightech and hightouch solutions for Indigo's customers.
- Collaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions quickly and easily.

Qualifications:
Work Experience / Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Business Management, Marketing, or related field)
- 12 years of experience in Marketing
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Agile and able to work in fast paced environments, with a commitment to continuous improvement and ability to disrupt the status quo
- Ability to think big picture while executing on daytoday accountabilities
- Thrives working crossfunctionally, and has the ability to build trust and credibility
- Love of consumerfacing businesses and a strong interest and passion for retail, marketing and eCommerce industry
