Job summary
We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to efficiently manage our procure-to-pay financial processes ensuring positive vendor relationships and accurate and timely transaction processing.
Responsibilities
- Support the processing review and tracking of high-volume creator payments via wire transfer and PayPal ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor payment workflows assist in maintaining timely payouts.
- Operate continuously improve the accounts payable function including timely accurate processing of vendor invoices payments.
Maintain vendor creator records including payment details unique payment terms ensuring data integrity audit readiness.
collaborate with vendors creators help resolve invoicing payment discrepancies. - Cash Banking Payment Controls Manages daily activity across chequing savings accounts ensure sufficient balances execution monitor limits usage support uninterrupted operations process payments corporate credit cards manage Float account balances monitoring limits usage support uninterrupted operations Support cash flow visibility through accurate tracking outgoing payments upcoming obligations
- PAYROLL STATUTORY COMPLIANCE Execute semi-monthly payroll preparation preparation executing accuracy timeliness compliance internal controls statutory requirements prepare sales tax returns maintain compliance supporting audit requirements
