Position Summary

Accountable to:
Director of Sales


Department Oversight:
None


Internal Relationships:
Relates directly with sales staff, Director of Development.


External Relationships:
Buyers, Realtors, Real Estate Brokerages, various real estate, and event-based vendors, etc.


Role Objectives & Responsibilities:


The Sales Associate will be stationed at one of Allure Venture's Presentation Centers and will be responsible for educating potential buyers about the projects features and guiding them through the purchasing process. The Sales associate will also assist the sales Manager with various aspects of the Presentation Centre. To enhance your expertise, you will receive ongoing training and skill development.


The core responsibilities will include:


  • Greeting and registering new prospective buyers genuinely with a smile
  • Assisting with phone campaigns to potential buyers and realtors
  • Responding to phone calls and inquires at the Presentation Centre
  • Providing an overview of the development, floor plan, finishing, and availability to interested parties.
  • Arrange and conduct walkthroughs for realtors and potential buyers highlighting all the features and benefits.
  • Securely open and close the Presentation Centre, placing signage and balloons in designated locations and removing them at the end of the day.
  • Ensuring that the Presentation Centre and parking lot is always immaculate and presentable.
  • Managing brochures and insert supplies and making sure they are available for potential buyers.
  • Gather market intelligence and ensuring the CRM and/or other databases are kept up to date.


Carrying out the sales procedure in a friendly and professional manner, which includes drafting purchase and sales contracts as and when required.


  • Follow up with all leads; qualify leads and presentation center visitors.
  • Seek to engage realtors and related networks preparing daily traffic reports, database management, contract management.
  • Maintain and develop exceptional knowledge of Allure's projects, the community, competitors and real estate market, including external factors.
  • Assist and/or participate as needed in sales events and activities.

Qualifications

  • A outgoing sociable and lively person who possesses exceptional communication and attentive listening abilities
  • Ability to recognize and manage emotions and needs of prospective buyers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in sales or marketing. Real estate experience is preferred.
  • Diploma or greater in sales, marketing or business is considered an asset
  • Real estate license is considered an asset
  • Mature and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to qualify leads and turn leads into sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to participate in a criminal record check.
  • Second language is considered an asset.
